Survey answers as Copper activities, tasks and people
Log survey answers as activities in Copper, create follow-up tasks or add the people who answer, through a Zap that runs the moment they answer your survey.
From an answer in Usertick to Copper
Copper's activity feed shows the whole relationship, and an answer is part of it. A Zap logs the answer as an activity on the person, creates a task to follow up, or creates or updates the person.
The Zap starts in Usertick. It can run on every new answer, once the AI has read one, when one turns urgent or when its status changes, and a workflow can hand over only the answers its conditions pick.
Pick a survey in the trigger, and each question arrives as its own field, so the score and the comment land in the Copper fields you choose. The answer's email, page, country, device and AI reading come with it.

Three Zaps to build with Copper
Each one starts on a Usertick trigger and uses an action from Zapier's page for Copper.
Log NPS under its own Copper activity type
Answers to the NPS survey start New Response, Search for a Person finds the record by Respondent email, and Create Activity logs a custom Survey activity type on it, with Q1 and the Response link in the details.
Copper action: Create Activity
Open a Copper project to recover an unhappy account
Urgent Feedback starts a Zap that creates a Copper project named after the AI theme, with the Answers and Response link in its details, so recovery work has its own record and assignee.
Copper action: Create Project
Tag Copper people with the theme they raise
When Response Analyzed runs, Create/Update Person matches on the Respondent email and adds AI theme and AI category as tags, so a filter in Copper can group people by what they bring up.
Copper action: Create/Update Person
Zapier's free plan runs a Zap with one action. A Zap with a search step or a filter has more steps and takes a paid Zapier plan.
What Usertick sends to Zapier
Every trigger carries these fields, ready to map into Copper.

Copper lets you add a custom activity type, and Create Activity asks for that type along with the record and the user. An answer then appears in the record's activity feed under that type's name, apart from calls and meetings.
Create/Update Person has a setting that decides whether new tags replace the person's existing tags. With it off, AI theme or Survey name joins the tags already on the person.
Zapier comes with every plan in Usertick, and Free runs 1 Zap. On Zapier, a two-step Zap like this one runs on the free plan.
No. The Zap signs in with your Usertick account, and you choose the organization when you allow access. API keys are for Usertick's REST API.
