Choose the spreadsheet and the columns
Create a new spreadsheet or pick one in Google Drive, name the tab, and add the context, the person's details, the AI reading and the status. The answer's ID, the time and the questions are always there.
Add a row for each survey answer, with a column for each question, and keep the AI reading and the status in that row up to date as they change in Usertick.
Some teams work best in a spreadsheet. With the Google Sheets integration, each answer adds a row to a tab of its own, with the time, the survey, the page, a column for each question and, if you want them, the person's details and the AI reading.
The row keeps up. When the AI reads the answer, someone corrects the reading or the status changes, Usertick rewrites those cells, so the sheet matches the inbox without anyone copying it over.
Usertick can only open the spreadsheets it creates and the ones you pick in Google Drive. The rest of your Drive stays out of reach.
A workflow step chooses the spreadsheet and the columns, and the row stays current.

Add the response to a Google Sheet, create a spreadsheet or pick one, and choose the columns.
A test run creates the tab and its header row without adding a row, so you can see the columns before the first answer.
New questions get a column at the end, a renamed question renames its column, and a deleted question keeps its column, so a long-running sheet never shifts under your formulas.

No. Usertick adds a tab of its own to the spreadsheet, named after the survey unless you name it, and reuses a tab with that name only when it is empty.

No. Usertick looks for the answer's row before writing, so each answer has one row.
No. The sheet follows Usertick. Changes made in the sheet stay in the sheet.
The run fails with the reason, such as a spreadsheet in the trash or past Google's limit of 20 million cells, and the workflow's activity shows it.
