A switch for each site
Turn the integration on in Settings, then Integrations, for each site that should send the event. The widget sends it only on pages where Google Analytics is already loaded.
Send an event to Google Analytics each time a visitor answers a survey on your site, with the survey, the answer's ID and the score, and never the answers.
Google Analytics already tracks your pages. Turn the integration on for a site, and each time a visitor answers a survey there, the widget sends usertick_survey_response, so you can see answers beside the pages and campaigns that led to them.
The event goes through the gtag or the data layer already on the page, and the widget never loads Google Analytics itself.
Surveys behind a link, a QR code or an email don't run on your site's pages, and anonymous surveys never send the event, so only answers given on your site arrive.
The widget calls Google Analytics on the visitor's page, right after the answer is sent.

No. It carries the survey ID, the answer's ID and the score, the first NPS answer or else the first rating.
