Survey answers as Linear issues with the customer attached
Turn survey answers into Linear issues with the answer attached and a customer request for the company. As the issue moves in Linear, the answer's status follows if you choose.
Feedback in the issue it belongs to
Product teams decide what to build in Linear. With the Linear integration, an answer becomes an issue in the team you choose, with the answer attached and the customer's company on a customer request, so the team sees who asked.
A workflow decides which answers become issues. It can file every answer to one survey, only the urgent ones, or only those the AI read as a bug, and it can add an answer to the open issue for the same theme instead of opening another one.
Once the team works on the issue, Linear tells Usertick. The answer shows the issue's status, priority, assignee and cycle, and you can let the status, the priority, the assignee, the labels and the comments flow back to the answer.

From an answer to an issue, and back
A workflow files the issue, and the issue keeps the answer up to date.
An issue for each answer
Choose the team, the project, the status and the labels, and let the priority match the AI urgency. The issue starts in Triage when the team uses it, with up to 10 files from the answer.
A customer request for the company
Each answer is added to the issue as a customer request, with a quote, the survey and the score. A work email adds the company, and a high urgency marks the request important.
Status that follows the issue
The answer lists its linked issue with the status, the priority, the assignee and the cycle. Choose what flows back, and Done in Linear can resolve the answer while In progress sets it in progress.
Notes that reach the issue
When you choose, a note your team writes on the answer in the inbox is posted on the issue as a comment under the teammate's name, with a link back to the answer.
What Usertick sends to Linear
Each issue the step creates carries these.
Connect Linear in three steps
Nothing syncs until you choose what to sync.
- 1
Install the Usertick app
In Usertick, open Settings, then Integrations, and select Linear. A Linear workspace admin installs the app, and issues and comments appear with Usertick as the author.
- 2
Add Create an issue to a workflow
Choose the team, the status and the priority, and choose one issue per answer or one per theme.
- 3
Test it, then publish
A test run creates a real issue marked [Test] for the survey's latest answer, without linking it to the answer.
When customer requests are off in your Linear workspace, the answer is linked as an attachment, and a Linear admin can turn them on in Linear's settings.

Linear comes with every plan, along with the workflows that create the issues. Free runs 1 workflow per survey.
When you choose Status moves the response, yes. By default In progress sets the answer in progress and Done resolves it, and Triage, Backlog and Canceled leave it as it is.
A Linear workspace admin. After that, the issues and comments Usertick creates show Usertick as the author, and issues filed by hand show the teammate's name.
From the email domain of the person who answered. Public email domains are skipped, so a Gmail address adds the request without a company.
No. An answer keeps one open issue for each Linear connection, and a retry finds the issue it already created instead of opening another.
No. Matching the AI urgency sets High, Medium or Low, and Urgent stays a choice your team makes.
The issues stay in Linear, Usertick revokes its access, and the answers lose their links to the issues. Workflow steps that used the connection stop sending until another one is assigned.
