Write the note
Set the title, the content and the response link, add tags, and choose whether to link the customer. The defaults carry the survey's name, the answers and the link.
Send survey answers to Productboard as notes with the customer linked by email, the tags you choose and a link back, so product managers weigh what customers said.
Product managers collect feedback in Productboard from every source. With the Productboard integration, survey answers join them as notes, each linked to the customer who wrote it, ready to be connected to a feature.
Usertick finds the customer in Productboard by email and creates the user when Productboard has none. Each note carries the survey, the answers, your tags and a link that opens the answer in Usertick.
A workflow decides which answers become notes: every answer to a survey, only the urgent ones, or only the ideas the AI found.
A workflow step writes the note, and your team links it to features in Productboard.
Set the title, the content and the response link, add tags, and choose whether to link the customer. The defaults carry the survey's name, the answers and the link.
Each note names the customer by email, so a product manager sees who asked and can connect the note to a feature in Productboard.
Each note the step creates carries these.
Connecting creates nothing by itself. A workflow decides which answers become notes.
In Usertick, open Settings, then Integrations, select Productboard and sign in. Only a Productboard workspace admin can approve the connection.
Keep the default title and content or write your own, add tags and choose whether to link the customer.
A test run on a real answer creates a note marked [Test], and may create the customer as a user. On a sample answer, it creates nothing.
Productboard comes with every plan, along with the workflows that create the notes. Free runs 1 workflow per survey.
Usertick creates them as a user with their name and email, and links the note. If that fails, the note goes in without a customer.
No. The note arrives with its customer and tags, and your team connects it to a feature in Productboard.
No. Each note carries the answer's ID as its source, and a retry finds the note it already created.
No. Usertick writes the answers as plain text, so nothing a person typed can turn into a link.
The notes stay in Productboard, and Usertick revokes its access. Workflow steps that used the connection stop sending until another one is assigned.
