A switch for each site
Turn the integration on in Settings, then Integrations, for each site that should send the event. The widget sends it only on pages where FullStory is already loaded.
Mark the moment a visitor answers a survey in their FullStory session, with the survey, the answer's ID and the score, so you can watch what led up to it.
FullStory records what visitors do on your site. Turn the integration on for a site, and each answer adds a Usertick survey response event to the visitor's session, so you can jump to the moment someone gave a low score and watch what came before.
The event goes through the FullStory snippet already on the page, under the name your site gave it if it renamed FS, and the widget never loads FullStory itself.
Surveys behind a link, a QR code or an email don't run on your site's pages, and anonymous surveys never send the event, so only answers given on your site arrive.
The widget calls FullStory on the visitor's page, right after the answer is sent.
Turn the integration on in Settings, then Integrations, for each site that should send the event. The widget sends it only on pages where FullStory is already loaded.
The event carries the survey ID, the answer's ID and the score. The answers, the email and the user ID stay in Usertick.
One event for each answer, once per answer on each page.
On a site that renamed FullStory's FS function, the widget calls it by that name.
Nothing to install and no key to paste.
Keep the FullStory script you already use. Usertick never loads it for you.
In Usertick, open Settings, then Integrations, select FullStory and switch on each site that should send the event.
Answer a survey on that site, and the event arrives in FullStory with the survey ID, the answer's ID and the score.
FullStory works on every plan, the free plan included.
No. The widget sends the event only when FullStory is already on the page, and does nothing when it isn't.
Surveys that run on a site you switched on. Link, QR code and email surveys don't run on your pages, and anonymous surveys never send it.
No. It carries the survey ID, the answer's ID and the score, the first NPS answer or else the first rating.
The widget calls FullStory only when FullStory is loaded on the page, so a consent setup that keeps FullStory off keeps the event from being sent too.
