Survey answers as Keap notes, tags and tasks
Add a note, a tag or a task to Keap contacts from their survey answers through Zapier, so a low score or a request starts the right follow-up in Keap.
From an answer in Usertick to Keap
Tags drive what Keap does next. A Zap tags the contact by what they said, so a campaign or an automation in Keap takes over, adds the answer as a note, or creates a task for a person to follow up.
The Zap starts in Usertick. It can run on every new answer, once the AI has read one, when one turns urgent or when its status changes, and a workflow can hand over only the answers its conditions pick.
Pick a survey in the trigger, and each question arrives as its own field, so the score and the comment land in the Keap fields you choose. The answer's email, page, country, device and AI reading come with it.

Three Zaps to build with Keap
Each one starts on a Usertick trigger and uses an action from Zapier's page for Keap.
Start a Keap automation when a promoter answers
Promoters in an NPS survey reach the Workflow Step of a Usertick workflow, and Tag Contact applies a tag to the contact found by Respondent email. A Keap automation that starts on that tag can then ask for a referral.
Keap action: Tag Contact
Take a promotional tag off a Keap contact
When Response Analyzed reports a complaint, Remove Tag From Contact clears the tag from the contact that Find Contact locates by Respondent email, so the contact leaves any Keap list built on that tag.
Keap action: Remove Tag From Contact
Give a Keap user a dated task for urgent feedback
Urgent Feedback runs once for each urgent answer and creates a task assigned to the Keap user you select, with a due date and with AI theme and the Response link in its description, linked to the contact that Find Contact returns.
Keap action: Create Task
Zapier's free plan runs a Zap with one action. A Zap with a search step or a filter has more steps and takes a paid Zapier plan.
What Usertick sends to Zapier
Every trigger carries these fields, ready to map into Keap.
Attachments such as screenshots stay in Usertick, because a Zap can't open their links. The Response link opens the answer with its files in the inbox.
Connect Keap in three steps
Settings opens Zapier with the trigger and the action already in place.
- 1
Pick the action in Usertick
Open Settings, then Integrations, select Keap and choose what the Zap does there.
- 2
Sign in on Zapier
Sign in to Usertick from the Zap and choose the organization when you allow access.
- 3
Map the fields and turn it on
Pick the survey to watch, map the answer's fields to Keap and turn the Zap on.
To send only some answers, add a Zapier step for Keap to a workflow instead. The workflow's conditions decide which answers reach the Zap, and the workflow can be published once its Zap is on.

Tag Contact takes a contact ID and the tags to apply, so the tag has to exist in Keap first. A Find Contact or Find or Create Contact step supplies the ID from the Respondent email.
Create or Update Contact has a duplicate option, which tells Keap how to match a contact, such as by email. With the Respondent email mapped to the contact's email, Keap updates the match and creates a contact only when none exists.
Zapier comes with every plan in Usertick, and Free runs 1 Zap. On Zapier, a two-step Zap like this one runs on the free plan.
No. The Zap signs in with your Usertick account, and you choose the organization when you allow access. API keys are for Usertick's REST API.
Yes. Response Analyzed filters by type and urgency, Urgent Feedback runs once for each answer that turns urgent, and a workflow's Zapier step hands over only the answers its conditions pick.
Pick the survey in the trigger. Each question then arrives as its own field, such as Q1 with the score, ready to map into Keap.
A Zap that starts in Keap can use Usertick's actions. Update Response sets an answer's status, type or urgency, Add Comment adds a note your team sees in the inbox, and Find Response looks up an answer by email or ID first.
No. Attachments stay in Usertick, because a Zap can't open their links. The Response link field opens the answer, with its files, in the inbox.
