From an answer in Usertick to Vitally
Pick the survey in the trigger, and the NPS question arrives as its own field to record as an NPS response in Vitally. A Zap can also add the comment as a note or update the user's traits.
The Zap starts in Usertick. It can run on every new answer, once the AI has read one, when one turns urgent or when its status changes, and a workflow can hand over only the answers its conditions pick.
Pick a survey in the trigger, and each question arrives as its own field, so the score and the comment land in the Vitally fields you choose. The answer's email, page, country, device and AI reading come with it.

Three Zaps to build with Vitally
Each one starts on a Usertick trigger and uses an action from Zapier's page for Vitally.
Give the CSM a Vitally task on a detractor
Detractors clear a workflow's conditions and get to its Workflow Step, and Create Task adds a task on the customer, assigned to the CSM you select, with a due date and with Q1 and the Response link in its description.
Vitally action: Create Task
Move an at-risk customer into a Vitally segment
A complaint that reaches Response Analyzed runs Find a User on the Respondent email, and Add Customer to Segment adds their customer to the segment that a Vitally playbook watches.
Vitally action: Add Customer to Segment
Log the written answer as a Vitally conversation
On New Response, Create Message records the Answers as a message from the user that Find a User returns, with the Response link as its external URL, so the account's history shows what they wrote.
Vitally action: Create Message
Zapier's free plan runs a Zap with one action. A Zap with a search step or a filter has more steps and takes a paid Zapier plan.
What Usertick sends to Zapier
Every trigger carries these fields, ready to map into Vitally.
Attachments such as screenshots stay in Usertick, because a Zap can't open their links. The Response link opens the answer with its files in the inbox.

Read the setup guideFrequently asked questions
It needs the user's ID and the time of the response, and it takes the score and feedback as optional values. A Find a User step with the Respondent email returns the ID, and Usertick's Created at field gives the time.
Update User Traits writes values to the user's traits, so Q1 and Survey name can sit under traits you name, such as a last survey score. Vitally segments and health scores can then read those traits.
Zapier comes with every plan in Usertick, and Free runs 1 Zap. On Zapier, a two-step Zap like this one runs on the free plan.
No. The Zap signs in with your Usertick account, and you choose the organization when you allow access. API keys are for Usertick's REST API.
Yes. Response Analyzed filters by type and urgency, Urgent Feedback runs once for each answer that turns urgent, and a workflow's Zapier step hands over only the answers its conditions pick.
Pick the survey in the trigger. Each question then arrives as its own field, such as Q1 with the score, ready to map into Vitally.
A Zap that starts in Vitally can use Usertick's actions. Update Response sets an answer's status, type or urgency, Add Comment adds a note your team sees in the inbox, and Find Response looks up an answer by email or ID first.
