Survey answers as Asana tasks
Create an Asana task for each survey answer, or comment on an existing task, through a Zap that runs as soon as a customer answers your survey.
From an answer in Usertick to Asana
A Zap creates a task in the project you choose with the answer, the score and a link back to Usertick, or comments on an existing task when the answer adds to it.
The Zap starts in Usertick. It can run on every new answer, once the AI has read one, when one turns urgent or when its status changes, and a workflow can hand over only the answers its conditions pick.
Pick a survey in the trigger, and each question arrives as its own field, so the score and the comment land in the Asana fields you choose. The answer's email, page, country, device and AI reading come with it.

Three Zaps to build with Asana
Each one starts on a Usertick trigger and uses an action from Zapier's page for Asana.
Place urgent feedback in an Asana section
Urgent Feedback creates a task, and Add Task to Section of Project places it in the section your team checks first, with AI urgency and the Response link already in the task description.
Asana action: Add Task to Section of Project
Start an Asana task from your follow-up template
Only detractors reach Workflow Step when the workflow tests the NPS group, and Create Task From Template builds the follow-up task with the subtasks your template defines, named after the Survey name and the Respondent email.
Asana action: Create Task From Template
Fill Asana custom fields from the AI reading
After Response Analyzed, Create Task adds a task whose custom fields hold AI type, AI urgency and AI sentiment, with the Answers in its description, so a project view can sort the work by them.
Asana action: Create Task
Zapier's free plan runs a Zap with one action. A Zap with a search step or a filter has more steps and takes a paid Zapier plan.
What Usertick sends to Zapier
Every trigger carries these fields, ready to map into Asana.
Attachments such as screenshots stay in Usertick, because a Zap can't open their links. The Response link opens the answer with its files in the inbox.
Connect Asana in three steps
Settings opens Zapier with the trigger and the action already in place.
- 1
Pick the action in Usertick
Open Settings, then Integrations, select Asana and choose what the Zap does there.
- 2
Sign in on Zapier
Sign in to Usertick from the Zap and choose the organization when you allow access.
- 3
Map the fields and turn it on
Pick the survey to watch, map the answer's fields to Asana and turn the Zap on.
To send only some answers, add a Zapier step for Asana to a workflow instead. The workflow's conditions decide which answers reach the Zap, and the workflow can be published once its Zap is on.

When an answer has an assignee, Assignees carries that teammate's email. A Find User step matches the email to an Asana user, and Create Task uses the result as its assignee, which suits Response Status Changed because assignment comes after an answer arrives.
The Zap can fill only the fields the project already has, so add fields such as Score or AI theme to the project first. Those fields then appear in Create Task after the project is selected.
Zapier comes with every plan in Usertick, and Free runs 1 Zap. On Zapier, a two-step Zap like this one runs on the free plan.
No. The Zap signs in with your Usertick account, and you choose the organization when you allow access. API keys are for Usertick's REST API.
Yes. Response Analyzed filters by type and urgency, Urgent Feedback runs once for each answer that turns urgent, and a workflow's Zapier step hands over only the answers its conditions pick.
Pick the survey in the trigger. Each question then arrives as its own field, such as Q1 with the score, ready to map into Asana.
A Zap that starts in Asana can use Usertick's actions. Update Response sets an answer's status, type or urgency, Add Comment adds a note your team sees in the inbox, and Find Response looks up an answer by email or ID first.
No. Attachments stay in Usertick, because a Zap can't open their links. The Response link field opens the answer, with its files, in the inbox.
