Alerts when a number crosses a line
Set a line for NPS, an average score, the share of detractors, the number of answers or the urgent ones. Usertick checks every hour and posts one card with Open results when the number crosses it.
Send survey answers to the Teams channels your team already watches. Each one arrives as a card with buttons that assign it, set its status or set its type, and Usertick saves the change.
When an answer needs someone, it reaches them in Microsoft Teams the moment it arrives: a complaint in the support channel, a bug in the product channel, a low score with the person who owns the account.
A workflow decides which answers Teams receives. It can post every answer to one survey, only the urgent ones, or only those the AI read as a bug or a complaint. Each card shows the answers, the country and the page they came from, and buttons that act in Usertick as the person who selects them.
The Usertick app also posts scheduled reports and alerts when a number crosses a line, and sends your own Usertick notifications to your chat with the app.
Every card belongs to a workflow, which picks the channel, the message, the mentions and the buttons.
Choose a channel from the teams that include Usertick and mention up to 20 people from that team. The default message shows the survey's name and the answers, and Insert field adds any other detail.
Assign it to yourself, set its status to Planned, In progress, Resolved or Archived, or set its type. Usertick saves the change under your name, and the card shows the new state with a line for each action.
On a busy survey, post the day's answers as one thread. The first answer of the day starts a post with the survey, the date and a running count, and each later answer replies under it.
Your own Usertick notifications can arrive in your chat with the Usertick app, each with its title, its text and an Open button that takes you to the page.
Alerts and reports keep the whole team on the same numbers, posted where they already read.

Each card carries these, from top to bottom.
The message uses Teams formatting, and a message longer than 3,000 characters is cut. Usertick escapes every value it fills in, so an answer can't add a link or a mention.
Connecting posts nothing by itself. Each workflow and report chooses its own channel.
In Usertick, open Settings, then Integrations, select Microsoft Teams and sign in with a work or school account. Usertick reads your organization's name and domains, and keeps no token.
Select Add to Teams and add the app to each team whose channels should get cards. When several Usertick organizations share your tenant, the setup in Teams asks which one posts there.
Add Post a message to a workflow, choose the channel and run a test. The card arrives marked [Test], and its buttons act on the real answer it shows.
Cards go to standard channels in the teams that include Usertick. Personal Microsoft accounts, group chats and private channels aren't supported.

Usertick posts answers, alerts and reports to Teams. The surveys themselves run on your website, in an email, or behind a link or a QR code, so to ask your team in Teams, share the survey's link in a channel.
Anyone whose Teams account is linked to a member of the organization with the Manage responses permission. People with a work email on one of your verified domains are linked on their own, and anyone else gets a link in their chat with the app.
Choose Day as one thread, and each workflow posts one message a day with a running count, with the day's answers as replies under it. Each connection also posts at most five messages a second.
Only your sign-in, to read your organization's name, ID and verified domains. Usertick uses that token once and keeps none, and the app posts with its own credentials.
For 90 days. After that, a button says the card is too old to update here, and the answer opens in Usertick from Open response.
Yes. An organization can connect several tenants, and several Usertick organizations can share one tenant, each posting to the teams chosen for it.
Workflow steps and reports that used the connection stop sending until another connection is assigned to them, and the teams assigned to the organization are released.
