A product review survey asks customers to rate what they bought once they have used it, which tells you more than a rating on the day it arrives. This template asks five questions in a little over a minute: a star rating, two quick comparisons with the product page, a written review, a yes or no on recommending it and an optional photo.
It is written for an email one to two weeks after delivery, long enough for clothing to be worn and washed or a gadget to be tried. Usertick sends it to a contact list now or on a date up to 30 days ahead, and the star rating can be answered inside the email. The same survey runs as a QR code on a packing insert, as a link in your own post-delivery email or as a popup on the product page.
Every review is read as it arrives and filed under a category from your list, such as product quality or shipping and delivery, with a type, a sentiment and an urgency, so a review that reports a fault reaches your team the same day. Results shows the average rating, how each comparison splits, the share who would recommend the product and a gallery of customer photos.
