Survey answers in any app, through Zapier
Start a Zap when someone answers a survey, the AI reads the answer, it turns urgent or its status changes, and send it on to the apps your team uses through Zapier.
Feedback in the tools Usertick doesn't connect to
Zapier connects Usertick to the tools without a connection of their own, from CRMs and help desks to task boards, spreadsheets and email. Settings › Integrations lists the tools teams use most, each with a Zap set up for you.
A Zap starts in Usertick: on every new answer, once the AI has read one, when one turns urgent or when its status changes. A workflow can also hand a Zap only the answers its conditions pick.
A Zap can work in Usertick too. Update Response sets an answer's status, type or urgency, Add Comment leaves a note for your team, and Find Response looks up an answer by email or ID.

What a Zap can do with an answer
Five triggers start a Zap, and three actions work back in Usertick.
Five ways to start a Zap
New Response runs on every answer, Response Analyzed once the AI has read it, Urgent Feedback once an answer turns urgent and Response Status Changed when someone moves it. Pick a survey to get each question as its own field.
A Zap at the end of a workflow
Add a tool from the With Zapier group to a workflow, and the Workflow Step trigger hands the Zap only the answers the workflow's conditions pick. The workflow can be published once its Zap is on.
Actions back in Usertick
A Zap that starts in another app can update an answer's status, type or urgency, add a comment your team sees in the inbox, or find an answer by email or ID first.
What Usertick sends to Zapier
Every trigger carries these fields, ready to map into the next step.
Connect Zapier in three steps
Start from a tool in Settings, or from any Zap in Zapier.
- 1
Choose Usertick in a Zap
In Zapier, create a Zap and choose Usertick as the app it starts from.
- 2
Sign in to Usertick
Sign in with your Usertick account and choose the organization when you allow access. Signing in needs the Manage integrations permission.
- 3
Pick a trigger
Select a trigger, such as New Response, and the survey to watch, then add the action in the other app.
Settings › Integrations opens a Zap for each listed tool with the trigger and the action already in place, so you only map the fields.

Zapier comes with every plan in Usertick, and Free runs 1 Zap. On Zapier, two-step Zaps run on the free plan, and premium apps such as Salesforce need a paid Zapier plan.
No. The Zap signs in with your Usertick account, and you choose the organization when you allow access. API keys are for Usertick's REST API.
Yes. The triggers are instant, so Usertick sends each answer to Zapier as soon as the event happens.
Pick the survey in the trigger. Each question then arrives as its own field, such as Q1 with the score, ready to map.
No. Attachments stay in Usertick, because a Zap can't open their links. The Response link field opens the answer, with its files, in the inbox.
Free runs 1 Zap outside workflows. On Starter and above, an organization can hold 100 live Zap triggers, the ones started from Usertick together. Turning off a Zap you no longer use frees its place.
