To send only some answers, add a Zapier step for Discord to a workflow instead. The workflow's conditions decide which answers reach the Zap, and the workflow can be published once its Zap is on.

A channel message is visible to everyone who can view that channel, so Respondent email and written answers belong in a private channel. For a public channel, send AI theme and the Response link, which leads to your Usertick inbox.
The Zapier bot has to be on your server, and its role needs permission to read and send messages and to manage webhooks in that channel. Discord's consent screen asks for the server when the Zap connects.
