To send only some answers, add a Zapier step for Telegram to a workflow instead. The workflow's conditions decide which answers reach the Zap, and the workflow can be published once its Zap is on.

The Zap posts through a bot you create with BotFather and connect in Zapier, so messages appear under that bot's name. The bot has to be a member of the group, or an administrator of the channel, that receives them.
Send Message has a format setting, so the Survey name can be bold. A written answer can contain characters that Telegram reads as formatting, so plain text is the safer format for fields that hold what a respondent typed.
