Sending money survey questions

Transfer questions that show what makes sending money feel safe

Ask customers how a transfer went, from the fee and the exchange rate to the moment it arrived. Each question below comes with when to ask it and what the answer tells you.

What money transfer survey questions tell you

Money transfer survey questions ask customers who they send money to, how easy it was, how long it took to arrive, how clear the fee was and what worries them, from the wrong recipient to scams. For a bank or a transfer service, the answers show whether customers trust a transfer to arrive and what would make them send more with you.

Ask right after a transfer arrives. In your web app, show the survey after a transfer is sent, using a custom event from your code (from Starter, or on 1 survey on Free), or send a short survey by email to customers who sent money that week. Pick four or five questions.

Written answers get a category, a theme, a type and a sentiment, and each response an urgency, so a customer whose money hasn't arrived reaches support first. Give each response an owner and a status in the inbox, and open a ticket in Zendesk or Intercom.
