An investment review survey checks what a client took away from a portfolio review. This template asks four questions in about a minute: how well they understand the risks in their plan, whether the plan feels more cautious or more risky than they would like, how much they trust their advisor and what they would like explained better.
It is written for an email a few days after the review, once the client has read the summary and thought it over. The same template runs as a link the advisor adds to the review summary, or in the chat layout, which asks one question at a time.
Every written answer is read as it arrives and filed under a category from your list, with a type, a sentiment and an urgency, and each response gets a customer risk reading. Results shows the understanding and trust averages with a column per step and the share of clients for whom the plan feels about right, each against the period before.
