A tutoring feedback survey asks learners whether a session helped. This template takes under a minute: a rating for the session, whether its level was too easy, about right or too hard, how much clearer the topic is on a 1 to 10 scale, and what to focus on next time.
It is written for college students and adult learners, shared as a link the tutor sends at the end of the session or as a QR code on the table in a tutoring center. It can also go out by email to a list of the day's learners, or open as a conversation that asks one question at a time.
Every written answer is read as it arrives and filed under a category from your education list, such as teaching and tutors or course content, with a type and an urgency. Results shows the session rating and the share who rated it 4 or higher, the split on level, and the clarity score with its average and a column per step, each against the period before.
