Photo questions that show what shoppers need to see
Ask shoppers which photos they look at, whether the item matched them and which shot would have sold them. Each question below comes with when to ask it and what the answer tells you.
What product photo survey questions tell you
Product photo survey questions ask shoppers which shots they want, how many photos felt right, whether they watched the video and whether the item matched its photos when it arrived. Photos stand in for picking the item up in a store, and a gallery that flatters the color or hides the scale sends items back.
Ask the gallery questions on product pages, after the shopper scrolls through the photos, and the questions about color and real life after delivery, by email or link. Two questions on the page and three to five after delivery is enough.
Each written answer gets a category, a theme, a type such as complaint or idea, and a sentiment, so notes about color, size or material are easy to filter. Shoppers' own photos of the item arrive in a gallery in Results with location data removed, a quick way to compare them with your shots.
