Before publishing, owners can restrict a form to a domain, a trusted audience or a group of users, and can set access to expire on a date.6
Where Usertick works differently

- 02
AI on every written answer
Each written answer gets a category, a theme, a type, a sentiment and an urgency, in any language, on every plan, Free included.
- 03
Answers inside the email
Usertick sends email surveys to a contact list, now or scheduled up to 30 days ahead, and NPS, Stars, CES, Emoji, Yes / No, Multiple choice and Dropdown questions can be answered inside the email.
- 04
Results and an Inbox
Results show a chart per question with NPS, CSAT and CES, filters, saved views and dashboards, and the Inbox gives answers owners and statuses.
Moving from Google Forms to Usertick
Your questions come across as text. Usertick builds the survey from them, and you set the rest in the editor.
- 1
Copy your questions from Google Forms
Open the survey in Google Forms and copy its questions and answer options as plain text.
- 2
Paste them into Usertick
Under Create survey, Paste questions turns up to 10,000 characters of text into a survey, with the wording kept and the right type for each question.
- 3
Set what text doesn't carry
Add the logic, the timing and the theme in the editor, then preview the survey.
- 4
Publish, then close the old survey
Put the survey on your website, in an email, on a link or on a QR code. Close the one in Google Forms once Usertick's is live, so that nobody answers twice.
Usertick doesn't import earlier responses. They stay in Google Forms, so keep them there or export them where Google Forms allows it.
