When Zonka Feedback may fit better
Zonka Feedback fits better when you need surveys inside native mobile apps, offline kiosk surveys, SMS or WhatsApp invitations, AI analysis of tickets and reviews, or data hosted in Australia or India.
Where Zonka Feedback is strong
- Native mobile SDKs
Zonka Feedback's in-app SDK runs inside iOS, Android, React Native and Flutter apps, targeted by screen, event and user properties.8
- Offline and kiosk surveys
An offline app runs surveys on iPads and Android tablets set up as kiosks, and syncs responses when WiFi is connected.7
- SMS and WhatsApp built in
Survey invitations go out by email, SMS and WhatsApp directly from the platform, with targeting and throttling to limit survey fatigue.1
- Feedback beyond surveys
AI Feedback Intelligence brings helpdesk tickets, live chats and reviews next to survey answers, with themes, entities and sentiment.1

Moving from Zonka Feedback to Usertick
Your questions come across as text. Usertick builds the survey from them, and you set the rest in the editor.
- 1
Copy your questions from Zonka Feedback
Open the survey in Zonka Feedback and copy its questions and answer options as plain text.
- 2
Paste them into Usertick
Under Create survey, Paste questions turns up to 10,000 characters of text into a survey, with the wording kept and the right type for each question.
- 3
Set what text doesn't carry
Add the logic, the timing and the theme in the editor, then preview the survey.
- 4
Publish, then close the old survey
Put the survey on your website, in an email, on a link or on a QR code. Close the one in Zonka Feedback once Usertick's is live, so that nobody answers twice.
Usertick doesn't import earlier responses. They stay in Zonka Feedback, so keep them there or export them where Zonka Feedback allows it.
