About Sprig
Sprig calls itself the platform teams use to design studies, reach participants and synthesize insight across their organization, powered by Design, Field and Synthesize agents.1
- Founded by Ryan Glasgow, its founder and CEO, with offices in San Francisco and New York.2
- In a June 2026 update, Sprig said it had evolved into an enterprise survey platform powered by AI agents.3
When Sprig may fit better
Sprig fits better for research teams that need studies inside native mobile apps, session replay around each answer, recruited panels, and a vendor whose pricing page lists “SOC 2 Type II” and “HIPAA”.
Where Sprig is strong
- Native mobile SDKs
Sprig runs studies inside iOS, Android, React Native and Flutter apps, triggered by user events and attributes such as lifecycle stage or plan.6
- Session replay around each answer
Sprig captures replay clips up to 5 minutes before and after each response, so an answer comes with what the user did.4
- Recruited panels
Sprig recruits B2B and B2C participants with more than 300 targeting attributes, and handles quotas, screening and incentives inside the platform.9
- AI across the whole study
Agents build a study from a goal, ask adaptive follow-up questions in a chat-style survey and turn the answers into research reports.11

Moving from Sprig to Usertick
Your questions come across as text. Usertick builds the survey from them, and you set the rest in the editor.
- 1
Copy your questions from Sprig
Open the survey in Sprig and copy its questions and answer options as plain text.
- 2
Paste them into Usertick
Under Create survey, Paste questions turns up to 10,000 characters of text into a survey, with the wording kept and the right type for each question.
- 3
Set what text doesn't carry
Add the logic, the timing and the theme in the editor, then preview the survey.
- 4
Publish, then close the old survey
Put the survey on your website, in an email, on a link or on a QR code. Close the one in Sprig once Usertick's is live, so that nobody answers twice.
Usertick doesn't import earlier responses. They stay in Sprig, so keep them there or export them where Sprig allows it.
