Moving from Tally to Usertick
Your questions come across as text. Usertick builds the survey from them, and you set the rest in the editor.
- 1
Copy your questions from Tally
Open the survey in Tally and copy its questions and answer options as plain text.
- 2
Paste them into Usertick
Under Create survey, Paste questions turns up to 10,000 characters of text into a survey, with the wording kept and the right type for each question.
- 3
Set what text doesn't carry
Add the logic, the timing and the theme in the editor, then preview the survey.
- 4
Publish, then close the old survey
Put the survey on your website, in an email, on a link or on a QR code. Close the one in Tally once Usertick's is live, so that nobody answers twice.
Usertick doesn't import earlier responses. They stay in Tally, so keep them there or export them where Tally allows it.
