Hear travelers from the booking to the trip home

Ask on your booking pages, behind a QR code on the bus or the ship, and by email once travelers are back. Usertick reads every written answer in any language and puts the urgent ones, a missed transfer or a canceled train, in front of the team on duty.

Feedback that follows the whole trip

A trip holds many moments: the search, the booking, the departure, the guide, the transfer, the delay nobody planned and the ride home. Travel surveys that ask at each of those moments show which one shaped the trip, while the traveler still remembers it.

With Usertick, a short survey opens on your booking pages, a QR code on a seat card or a cabin door opens it on the traveler's phone, and an email asks once they are home. Travelers see it in their browser's language when you add it, and the AI reads what they write in any language.

Every written answer is filed under booking, price and fees, delays and disruptions or staff and service, with an urgency. Workflows send the answers that can't wait to Slack, Microsoft Teams or your help desk, and Results compares every tour, route and market.

Ask at every stage of the trip

From the search to the ride home, each moment gets its own short survey.

While travelers search

Ask how easy it is to find the right option after a few minutes on your search results, on every plan. When a traveler comes back to a results page they already saw, the Hesitation trigger opens it on Pro and above.

Right after booking

Embed the survey under the booking confirmation and ask how easy booking was and what almost made them give up. When your booking pages run on another company's domain, put the link in the confirmation email instead.

During the trip, behind a QR code

Print the survey's QR code on a seat card, the tour bus or a cabin door, so travelers rate the guide or the journey on their phone before the day ends. The code opens the live survey, so a change never needs a reprint.

Once they are home, by email

Import each departure's travelers as a list and schedule the email for two days after they return. The score sits inside the message, and one tap opens the rest.

After a delay or a cancellation

Add the survey's link to your rebooking message and ask everyone on the departure how well you kept them informed and how easy rebooking was.

Answers filed the way a travel company works

Choose Travel / hospitality when you sign up, and every written answer is filed under booking and reservations, price and fees, delays and disruptions, staff and service, check-in and arrival or room and facilities, each with a theme, a type and an urgency. Rename categories and themes on every plan, and add suggested ones such as Refunds and compensation within your plan's limit, from 5 categories on Free to 30 on Business.

See which part of the trip needs work

Results compares every answer with the period before.

One tour, route or guide at a time

Ask which trip it was in a dropdown question, then select one in Results, and the whole page filters to those travelers, their scores and their comments.

The countries and languages that score lower

See each country and language with its own score beside the overall one, and the groups well below the rest marked as clearly lower.

Reach travelers while there is still time to help

Workflows route each answer by its urgency, its score or its trip.

Stranded travelers reach the team on duty

When an answer is read as urgent, such as a transfer that never came, a workflow posts it to Slack or Microsoft Teams with buttons to assign it. Every plan.

A ticket for every case

Open a Freshdesk or Help Scout ticket through a Zapier step, or a Zendesk ticket with the answers as an internal note, on every plan.

An owner for every complaint

Give each complaint an owner and a status in the inbox, and follow it from Open to Resolved, with notes that mention a colleague.

An alert when urgent answers pile up

Set a line, such as more than 10 urgent responses in 24 hours. Usertick checks every hour and posts to Slack or Microsoft Teams once it is crossed. Every plan.

A weekly report for operations

Send a survey's results or a dashboard as a PDF by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams every week, so each route's owner sees the scores. Pro and above.

Works with the tools travel teams use

Send answers to your team chat, your help desk and your CRM, so the people who look after travelers see each one where they already work.

How travel companies start with Usertick

Four steps from a template to answers with the team on duty.

  1. 1

    Start from a template

Pick After the trip, Tour and guide, Booking experience or After a delay, or describe the trip to Create with AI.

  2. 2

    Add your travelers' languages

Add the languages your travelers speak, up to 3 per survey on Starter and every available language on Pro, and fill them with AI translation.

  3. 3

    Choose where it asks

Embed it on the booking confirmation, print its QR code for the bus or the cabin, or import a departure's travelers and schedule the email.

  4. 4

    Route what can't wait

Add a workflow that posts urgent answers to the team on duty in Slack or Microsoft Teams.

How travel companies get honest answers

Six habits that keep surveys short and the follow-up fast.

  1. 01

Ask while the moment is fresh

Rate a tour the evening it ends and a flight the day after it lands, and keep the whole trip for the email once travelers are home.

  2. 02

Keep it short enough for a transfer

Ask three to five questions with a one-tap answer first, so travelers finish between the bus and dinner.

  3. 03

Ask on the phone they carry

Travelers answer between stops, on a phone, so keep questions to taps and one short text box, or use the Chat layout, which asks one question at a time.

  4. 04

Name the trip in a question

A dropdown with the tour, route or guide lets Results show each one on its own.

  5. 05

    Ask everyone after a disruption

Send the survey to every traveler on a delayed or canceled departure, and reply to each complaint within a day.

  6. 06

    Tell travelers what changed

When feedback leads to a change, tell the travelers who raised it before you ask them to book again.

Frequently asked questions

Ask travelers on your booking pages, behind a QR code during the trip, after a delay and by email once they are home. Usertick reads every written answer in any language, files it under booking, price and fees, delays and disruptions or staff and service, and sends the urgent ones to your team.

Usertick has no connection to booking systems, so the end of a trip sends nothing by itself. Import each departure's travelers from a CSV with their email and name, and schedule the email up to 30 days ahead; travelers added to the list before it goes out get it too. On any plan, a HubSpot workflow can email the survey to each traveler it enrolls, on HubSpot Professional or Enterprise.

No. Add the script tag to booking pages on your own domain or a subdomain, and import travelers from your system's CSV export. Answers go back out through webhooks and Zapier on every plan, and through the REST API from Pro.

Yes. Each traveler sees the survey in their browser's language when the survey has it, and a link can open in one language of your choice. A survey holds 1 language on Free, 3 on Starter and every available language on Pro, AI translation fills them from Starter, and every written answer is read in the language it was written in. The AI reading is written in English.

Ask which tour, route or guide it was in a dropdown question, then select one in Results, and the whole page filters to those travelers. A dashboard can also put several surveys side by side, with 1 dashboard of up to 10 cards on Free, 3 on Starter and no limit on Pro.

The AI reads each written answer for its urgency. On every plan, a workflow posts urgent answers to Slack or Microsoft Teams with buttons to assign them, or notifies the teammates you choose in Usertick. In the inbox, the answer keeps an owner and a status until it is resolved.

On a survey page, a send that fails is tried twice more, and the answers stay filled in for another try. On your website, the widget keeps an unsent answer in the browser and sends it again for up to 7 days.

Usertick doesn't post reviews or connect to review sites. A call to action at the end of the survey can open your review page, with the same button for everyone who answers.

Usertick keeps a hash of each IP address, never the address itself, and names, emails and phone numbers from a contact question are removed before the AI reads an answer. On Business and above, roles decide which members see which surveys.

Website, link and QR code and email surveys, Results, AI reading and workflows to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zendesk and HubSpot come with every plan, the free plan included. Starter adds 3 languages per survey and AI translation, and Pro adds every available language, smart triggers and scheduled reports.
